1) Update Your Page
Hours changed? Update your page! This can be done via “Settings” then “Page Info” then scroll to “Hours”
New inventory? Share about it! Showcase new products to get customers excited
Share your current procedure of COVID-19 precautions to keep customers in the know
Offering new services? Or no longer offering old ones? Update your “About” page
2) Analyze Account
View your page’s viewer traffic/interactions by selecting “Insights” from the white menu bar at the top of the page
Check page summary to get an overview of page activity. Scroll down to see individual post’s performance.
Facebook suggests pages to “watch” that are getting high interaction. View those pages, find something new to try out.
Try new things, see how they work and if they do, keep doing it!
3) Interactions
Use Facebook Stories to draw customers to a new post/offering
Use Facebook Groups to create an online community
Post often (at least once a week), and create engaging posts by allowing customer response (i.e. via comments or through messenger)
Offer fun promotions (i.e. contests, give- aways, rewards program, events)
